WE'LL HELP YOU BUY A NEW HOME IN RESTON
$$ NEW HOME BUYER'S REBATE $$
HOW TO GET THE NEW HOME REBATE
Simple. We REBATE back to our new home buyers a percentage of the fee that the builder pays us to sell their home. Builders pay buyers' agents between 2.5% to 3% of the sales price when we introduce a buyer to their community. At settlement, we receive a check from the builder and we REBATE a 1/3 of our Broker fee to you. That means up to 1% of the purchase price to help you move in or buy that new dining room set. The REBATE may be paid as a Broker Credit at settlement or we will give you a check for 1/3 of our Broker fee. See the Certificate below for more information.

WHY DO WE GIVE A REBATE??
Because, with new construction, the builder
does the case management, i.e., scheduling, appraisal, county
inspections, title work, settlement and many tasks that we manage
for resales. That saves us time and we pass that saving on to
you. Bring the Certificate below when you meet your agent and
you'll receive additional closing help from the builder or we'll
write you a check after settlement. Most rebates are 1%.** Enjoy.
BIG
SAVINGS
Just think. If you purchase a $775,000
purchase, your REBATE would be a $7,750. That's real money.

DO I GET LESS SERVICE
THAN I WOULD WITHOUT A REBATE??
Absolutely not ! ! We still attend all contract meetings, inspections,
settlement and all status meetings, pre-drywall, pre-settlement
walk-through meetings. But, we because we don't have to do the
scheduling and other case management tasks, we are able to make
a significant contribution to your new home costs.
WHAT CAN I USE THE MONEY FOR??
You can enjoy a larger builder contribution to your closing
costs. You can use the money to pay for upgrades to your new
home. You can receive a cash REBATE after settlement.
